We collect information about your piano—its size, model, and features—so our specialists can safely plan the move, select the appropriate equipment, calculate the lifting distance, and ensure the safety of the instrument and floor.
We need to know the height of the piano and its name (in most cases this is sufficient)
The name and its length (measured from the keyboard to tail)
The piano is moved to a special trolley with rubber wheels (damage to ceramic flooring removed)
